Crypto Lead Finder & Contact AI Agent ("the app") is a desktop application. This policy explains what Google Account data the app accesses when you connect your Google account, and how it is used.

What the app accesses

When you click "Connect" in the app, Google asks you to approve the following permissions:

• See, edit, create, and delete your Google Sheets spreadsheets — used only to create one new spreadsheet in your Drive to hold your scraped leads and outreach status.
• See, edit, create, and delete the specific Google Drive files you use with this app — limited to files the app itself creates (your leads spreadsheet and its bound script). The app cannot see or touch any other file in your Drive.
• Create and update Google Apps Script projects and deployments — used to create one small script, bound to your leads spreadsheet, that sends your outreach emails on a daily schedule.
• Send email as you — used exclusively by the script above to send the outreach emails you write, from your own Gmail/Workspace address. The app itself never sends email directly, and never reads your inbox.

Where your data lives

Crypto Lead Finder & Contact AI Agent has no backend server. Everything — the leads spreadsheet, the sending script, and the emails it sends — is created and stored entirely inside your own Google account. We do not operate any server that stores, transmits, or has visibility into the contents of your spreadsheet, your script, or the emails it sends. The scraped lead data (company names, public press-release URLs, and publicly-listed contact emails found on those companies' own websites) is stored locally on your computer and in the Google Sheet the app creates for you — nowhere else.

Data retention and deletion

Because there is no server-side copy of your data, deleting the Google Sheet and Apps Script project the app created (or revoking the app's access from your Google Account permissions page) removes all data associated with your use of the app.

Third parties

The app does not share, sell, or transmit any of your data to any third party. The only external services it communicates with are Google's own APIs (Sheets, Drive, Apps Script), acting on your explicit authorization.
